NEAR STEWARTVILLE, Minn. (FOX 47) -

The team at Ironwood Springs Christian Ranch have been around for more than 30 years and so has the pancake supper fundraiser.

Every Presidents Day they host a pancake supper as one of their three big fundraising events, to help raise money for youth camp scholarships, which provide an opportunity for adults and children to know get know God, themselves and others better.

Although this year it wasn't on President's Day, because the weather forced them to postpone until Monday, the team was just happy to still have the event.

"We just love serving people, I mean and it's people from all walks of life, with all sorts of things they're dealing with, whether it's military families or people in wheelchairs. We're just about serving people no matter what their walk of life they come from," said Ironwood Springs Director of Operations, Tracy Bashore

Bashore says they normally see about 500-600 people turn out for the pancake supper and family night, which featured more than just the pancakes, they also had sleigh rides, a concert and snow tubing.
