The Better Business Bureau of Minnesota and North Dakota has released top ten lists of the industries with the most complaints during 2017.
Out of nearly 16,650 complaints filed last year, new car dealers received the most complaints, followed by newspapers, used car dealers, property management, and construction and remodeling services.
In terms of inquiries, meaning how many times consumers access business profiles for more information, people were most curious about pillows, followed by general contractors, mail order and catalog shopping, construction and remodeling services, and roofing contractors.
