Man arrested before court hearing after police dog finds drugs on him
ROCHESTER, Minn. (FOX 47) -
A man was taken into custody after police say he failed a drug test before his court hearing.
According to Rochester police, 23-year-old Andre Moldenhauer was caught with 1.3 grams of meth on him while in an Olmsted County Courtroom. The police found the drugs in a routine search once he was placed in custody.
Moldenhauer is now facing 5th degree position along with his original charges.
