An armed man gave Northwest and Northeast Rochester a scare on Saturday afternoon.
Rochester police say they received multiple calls in just a couple minutes of a man walking around while making threats with a gun.
One came from a man who was traveling with two young girls, age 4 and 9, and reported that a gun was pointed at him by a man on the street.
Another call came from a woman who had her door kicked in by the suspect, who said to her "This is the last time you'll see me alive."
The suspect was later identified as 21-year-old Demetrious Tankhamvang, after he was taken into custody after a short standoff at 717 13th Avenue Northeast.
He is facing charges of second degree assault and terroristic threats.
