The man wanted for his involvement in a late night shooting near Mazeppa, is now in police custody.
The Olmsted County Sheriff's Office said members of its force and the Southeast Minnesota Violent Crimes Enforcement Team have located and arrested Aaron Anderson.
Anderson was located near a residence 2400 block of 105th Street Northeast in Farmington Township. When Anderson spotted law enforcement he attempted to drive away through farm fields on an ATV. Law enforcement was able to track Anderson to the vicinity of Highway 63 North and 130th Street Northeast where he was taken into custody, peacefully, after being confronted by law enforcement.
Anderson will be transported to the Olmsted County Adult Detention Center on his active Olmsted County arrest warrants. Additional criminal charges are possible in Wabasha County for Tuesday night’s shooting incident.
