ROCHESTER, Minn. (FOX 47) -- A Rochester man was sentenced Monday to 12 years in prison for criminal sexual conduct with a girl under 16.
An Olmsted County judge also ordered Frederick Douglas, 39, to register as a predatory offender. Douglas will receive 88 days credit for time served, according to court records.
In August, a jury found Douglas guilty on two counts of criminal sexual conduct with a victim under 16. According to the criminal complaint, Douglas sexually touched a 13-year-old girl in 2011. Authorities say he knew the victim.
