STEWARTVILLE, Minn. (FOX 47) -- A New Jersey company is buying Rochester Medical.
The Stewartville-based medical device developer announced Wednesday it will be acquired by C.R. Bard for $262 million.
Rochester medical makes disposable medical catheters.
The company employed 344 full-time workers last year.
