
ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) - A Winona man was sentenced Tuesday for his involvement in a Rochester counterfeiting operation.
Dennis Richardson, Jr., 28, will spend 23 months behind bars.
He and three other people were arrested in November in connection to the counterfeiting operation.
According to the criminal complaint, officers were called to 1910 Valleyhigh Drive Northwest on November 18th to make an arrest on an outstanding warrant.
Officers say they saw two people cutting paper that appeared to be U.S. currency.
Police found more than $14,000 in uncut counterfeit money.
