ROCHESTER, Minn. (FOX 47) -- A Level 3 sex offender has a new address in Rochester.

Zed Lee Farmer, 31, has moved to the 800 block of 9th Ave. S.E.

Rochester police said Farmer was registered as being homeless.

Farmer has a history of sexual contact with make and female victims ages 9-15, according to Rochester police. Farmer was known to the victims.
