MACON, Ga. (FOX 47) -- The man who used to be Rochester's school superintendent may now be on the verge of leaving a similar post in Macon, Ga.
Dr. Romain Dallemand has been going through a review process with the Bibb County Georgia Board of Education.
A Macon newspaper is reporting that Dallemand has suggested they offer a "buyout" of his current contract so he can move on.
A meeting to review where he stands has been postponed from Thursday until next week.
Dallamand came to Rochester to close the so-called "achievement gap" but left after seeming to polarize different factions in the district.
