
ROCHESTER, Minn. (FOX 47) -- One person has died in an apartment fire in northwest Rochester.
Firefighters responded just before 4 a.m. Tuesday to the Mile Manor Apartments at 1617 4th Street NW.
The person in the apartment had died before firefighters arrived, according to the Rochester Fire Department. The fire damaged one unit and caused smoke damage throughout the building.
The cost of the damage is estimated between $50,000 and $60,000.
