WASHINGTON (FOX 47) -- President Obama was sworn into his second term Monday, and one Rochester resident was in Washington and watched it all happen.
Will Morrison stood along the parade route.
He was a national delegate and traveled to Charlotte this year to represent Minnesota and Rochester at the Democratic National Convention, but this was the first time he has ever been to the inauguration.
He said watching the president being sworn in and standing along the parade route as President Obama and Vice President Biden drove by was a once in a lifetime opportunity.
"Everything is just so unreal." Morrison said. "I just love being here as Americans, and it is just so festive. Right now I'm along the parade route and watching the floats go by and loving every minute of it."
Morrison said the inauguration is something every American should experience.
