AUSTIN, Minn. (FOX 47) -- Fire has destroyed a home in Austin.
Fire crews responded to 802 12th St. NE just before 4 a.m. Monday.
Eighteen firefighters stayed at the scene for four hours to extinguish the fire, according to the Austin Fire Department.
Five people lived in the rental house. One girl was taken to the hospital for smoke inhalation but is expected to be OK.
There's no word on what caused the fire.
