DOVER, Minn. (FOX 47) -- The Olmsted County Sheriff's Office has named the man shot and wounded by a deputy on Christmas eve in Dover.
Joshua Patrick Pagel, 27, is facing a charge of felony domestic assault after he allegedly assaulted his grandmother in St. Charles, according to the Olmsted County Sheriff's Office.
Deputies found Pagel hiding under a camper in Dover. Sgt. Mike Morrow and Deputy Hiram Jobes negotiated with Pagel for about 30 minutes.
