Repairs scheduled for Highway 16 - KXLT - Fox 47 Rochester MN News, Weather and Sports

SPRING VALLEY, Minn. (FOX 47) -- Commuters in Spring Valley may encounter delays and detours on Highway 16 this summer.
The Minnesota Department of Transportation held a meeting Thursday to discuss the construction project.
Crews will be working to replace 20 culverts and other repairs.
Highway 16 from County Road 12 to County Road 5 as well as Highway 80 to Highway 52 will be shut down for a month during the project.
Construction will begin in June 2013 and is expected to be finished by early fall.
