Armed robbery at convenience store

BLOOMING PRAIRIE, Minn. (FOX 47) -- One person is arrested after an armed robbery in Booming Prairie.

Police were called to the Casey's General Store at about 1:05 a.m. Saturday.

Officer Jacob Peterson searched the store and found three employees hiding, according to a news release. One of the employees told police she had been robbed at gunpoint and could identify the suspect.

Police found the suspect at a home he was known to frequent and arrested him.

Police said no one was hurt and the suspect didn't take any cash.
