
Eric LeeROCHESTER, Minn. (FOX 47) -- A Rochester man who crashed a stolen car into a house learns his fate.
Eric Lee, 20, spent the last 133 days in jail. He won't serve any more time but was sentenced Wednesday to as much as 5 years probation.
In June, Lee was clocked traveling at speeds exceeding 100 miles an hour on Highway 52 in Dakota County.
He led deputies on a chase before losing control of the car, hitting a tree, and smashing into a house.
The car he was driving was reported stolen in Rochester.
No one in the house was hurt
