ROCHESTER, Minn. (FOX 47) -- You'll have a chance to learn more about the voter ID amendment Thursday night.

A public forum will take place at Rochester City Hall at 6:45 p.m.

There will be a panel discussion featuring representatives on both sides of the debate.

A public question and answer session will follow the panel discussion
