
OSSIAN, Iowa (FOX 47) -- A man is in jail after a manhunt in Ossian Tuesday.
Daniel Wildman, 23, of Cresco, is being held on outstanding drug warrants in the Winneshiek County Jail.
The situation started Tuesday morning after a reported shooting outside a home near South Winneshiek High School in Calmar, according to the Winneshiek County Sheriff's Department.
The school and others were put on lockdown.
Deputies found Wildman in an outbuilding south of Ossian. He took off on an ATV but was later arrested in a cornfield near Castalia.
No injuries were reported.
