Vehicle collides with tractor near Wanamingo

CHERRY GROVE TOWNSHIP, Minn. (FOX 47) -- A vehicle collided with a tractor and injured one person near Wanamingo.

It happened on County Road 12 in Cherry Grove Township Tuesday afternoon.

Lucy Pollitt, 44, of Zumbrota was driving east on County Road 12 when she attempted to pass a tractor, according to the Goodhue County Sheriff's Office.

When the tractor turned left into a driveway, Pollitt's vehicle collided with the tractor, left the road and landed on its roof.

Pollitt was taken to Saint Marys Hospital in Rochester with non-life threatening injuries.

The driver of the tractor wasn't hurt.
