ROCHESTER, Minnesota (KTTC) - With the general election less than a month away, Minnesota lawmakers are reminding Minnesotans that the deadline to pre-register to vote is Tuesday, October 16.
To pre-register, a voter's registration application must be received by the Office of the Minnesota Secretary of State or their county election official on or before Tuesday.
If voters miss the deadline, they can still register at their polling place on Election Day, which is Tuesday, November 6.
