
ROCHESTER, Minn. (FOX 47) -- A 17 year old is recovering after a farming accident left him pinned between heavy equipment.
Olmsted County deputies said it happened on County Road 111 and 55th Street SE at 8 p.m. Monday.
Two 17-year-old Rochester men were working in a cow pasture. Deputies say one of the men was walking between a parked pickup when it rolled backwards leaving him pinned between it and a hay wagon.
The victim's leg was pierced by the pickup hitch and deputies say there was significant bleeding and deformities to the leg.
The man was rushed by Gold Cross to Saint Marys Hospital. Deputies say the injury was non-life threatening.
