FARIBAULT, Minn. (FOX 47) -- A former drama teacher at a Faribault prep school is charged with having sex with six of his students.
Prosecutors charged Lynn Seibel with 17 counts, including criminal sexual conduct and soliciting a child to engage in sex.
The incidents allegedly happened at Shattuck-St. Mary's between 1996 and 2003 and involved boys between 15 to 18.
Investigators became aware of the allegations when a 2001 graduate of Shattuck recently told an Olmsted County Corrections Officer that Seibel had sexually molested him while he was a student
Seibel was fired in 2003 after child pornography was discovered on his computer.
"In one instance, he came to the door and he said you don't know how long I have waited for you to come," said Faribault interim Police Chief Don Gudmundson.
Most recently, he's been acting in Hollywood.
According to his online resume, he has appeared in the Big Bang Theory, Mighty Ducks 3, and Murder, She Wrote.
Seibel is currently in jail in Los Angeles on charges unrelated to this investigation.
