CHATFIELD, Minn. (FOX 47) -- A vehicle crash near Chatfield sent three teens to the hospital Thursday night.
The teens were traveling in the 7100 block of County Road 10 when the driver lost control at about 10 p.m. The vehicle overcorrected, hit a tree and caught fire, according to Capt. Bill Reiland of the Olmsted County Sheriff's Office.
The driver, 16-year-old Quentin Case, was watching a passenger text at the time of the crash, Reiland said.
Case, along with 16-year-old Lane Armstrong and 15-year-old Kiel Larson, were transported to Saint Marys Hospital.
Armstrong was seen and dismissed, Larson is in fair condition and there is no information available on Case.
The teens' injuries were from the crash, not the fire, according to Reiland.
