
ROCHESTER, Minn. (FOX 47) -- Rochester police are investigating a sex assault after a man broke into a woman's home early Friday morning.
It happened in the 600 block of Rocky Creek Drive Northeast at 1 a.m. A 27-year-old Rochester woman was asleep in the residence when she was wakened by a man groping her, according to Lt. Casey Moilanen.
The man fled when the woman woke up. So far, police have no suspects.
Police are asking anyone who may have information about vehicles in the area overnight to call investigators at 328-6800 or to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS.
