ROCHESTER, Minn. (FOX 47) -- The Dresser Drive and Olmsted County Road 14 intersection in Rochester closed Monday as part of the Highway 63 roundabout project.
The intersection will remain closed through Saturday, Sept. 29.
Motorists are being re-directed by a detour on 20th Avenue and County Road 128.
Katie Pieper, owner of the In Bloom Garden Center on Olmsted County Road 14, said the project is impacting sales at her flower shop.
"Unfortunately, it has really put a damper on our late summer and fall sales," Pieper said. "People are really having a hard time trying to get out here and finding a way to get out here, despite the sales that we've been running."
Construction will continue on the roundabout and roads will not reopen until the project is finished in mid-October.
