Level 3 sex offender moves to Albert Lea

ALBERT LEA, Minn. (FOX 47) -- A Level 3 sex offender has moved to Albert Lea.

Cody Trott, 22, is living on the 2100 block of Main Street East.

As a juvenile, police said Trott took advantage of other juveniles' vulnerable states. Police said Trott knew his victims.

A Level 3 sex offender is considered most likely to re-offend.
