MASON CITY, Iowa (FOX 47) -- A Plymouth woman has been arrested on a charge of first-degree theft.
Julie Fingalsen, 42, is accused of stealing more than $40,000 from Doctor Michael Heston's Optometry Office in Mason City.
Mason City police said Fingalsen took the money between February 2011 and September 2012.
This is the second time Fingalsen has been accused of stealing.
She pleaded guilty to stealing more than $20,000 from a former employer in 2009.
