ROCHESTER, Minn. (FOX 47) -- The Rochester School District has reached a settlement in a bullying lawsuit.
Judd and Deanne Grafe sued the district last fall, claiming their son was assaulted and bullied at Willow Creek Middle School four years ago.
Rochester Public Schools decided to settle to avoid any and all further costs of litigation, as well as, any and all further litigation, according to district spokeswoman Jennifer Pozanc.
The settlement, which is covered by the school district's insurance, was for $120,000.
