
ALBERT LEA, Minn. (FOX 47) -- Police have identified the body found in a wooded area of Albert Lea.
They say the body of 52-year-old Randall James Ballstad of Owatonna was identified through dental records.
When the body was found on September first the body was severely decomposed, but there's no evidence of foul play.
Ballstad's body is in Hastings for an autopsy.
