ROCHESTER, Minn. (FOX 47) -- People gathered at Peace Plaza Tuesday morning to reflect on those who lost their lives on 9/11 and those working to keep our country safe.
The Bell of Honor rang at 7:46 a.m. Central time -- the time 11 years ago when the first plane struck the north World Trade Center tower.
The events honored those who lost their lives on Sept. 11 2001, those who put their lives on the line that day, and those who continue to do so each day.
The Bell of Honor bus, trailer and bell remained on the peace plaza for three hours.
