
ROCHESTER, Minn. (FOX 47) -- A Rochester man arrested after shots were fired in a northwest city park has been released without charges.
Rochester police say Abdulkadir Shire wasn't found in possession of a weapon.
Shots were fired Saturday at about 3 p.m. at Lincolnshire Park.
After a short car pursuit, officers were on foot chasing multiple suspects.
Police say the chase ended at the Heritage Manor apartment complex along Highway 52 just north of the 19th Street interchange.
Police confirm a handgun was thrown from the window of an SUV during the pursuit.
No one was hurt. Police aren't sure if the shots were fired at someone. Police are looking for victims to come forward.
