
ALBERT LEA, Minn. (FOX 47) -- Albert Lea police are investigating after a person was stabbed in the stomach.
It happened at about 4:15 p.m. Wednesday in the 1200 block of Newton Avenue South.
Police say the 25-year-old Albert Lea resident was stabbed in the torso.
The suspect fled the scene, and the victim was taken to Mayo Clinic Health System in Albert Lea.
No arrests have been made.
