ROCHESTER, Minn. (FOX 47) -- Two people were arrested late Saturday night after one of them led authorities on a foot chase through southeast Rochester.
It started after police saw a suspicious vehicle at the Apollo gas station in southeast Rochester. The store was closed and the car was not parked at the pumps. When officers ran the plates they learned the vehicle was linked to a string of gas drive-offs.
Rochester police say Marshall Galbreth, 33, was driving the car and had outstanding warrants. When police approached Galbreth, he took off on foot.
Mandy Klein, 30, was also in the car. Police say they found stolen license plates, cocaine, LSD and meth in the vehicle.
The two are facing multiple drug charges and Galbreth will also be charged with fleeing from officers.
