One arrested after hitting man with car

ROCHESTER, Minn. (FOX 47) -- A man escapes with no injuries after being hit by a car Sunday morning.

Rochester police say Joseph Mallan, 28, and the victim were in an argument.

Mallan claims the victim hit him in the face and that's when Mallan got in his car and drove into him.

Mallan has been arrested for second degree assault.
