
ROCHESTER, Minn. (FOX 47) -- The Olmsted County Board passed a plan Tuesday to take control of part of Highway 63.
The stretch runs from 37th Street to 75th Street.
An agreement with the Minnesota Department of Transportation will give the county $10 million for future maintenance. The county will receive $5 million in 2013 and $5 million in 2014.
The Rochester City Council recently signed off on a similar agreement to take control of Highway 63 from 37th Street to the Highway 52 south interchange.
