
MASON CITY, Iowa (FOX 47) -- Police in Mason City busted an underage party early Friday morning, arrested two adults and cited a number of juveniles.
At 12:52 a.m. Friday, police were called to 521 5th St. SE for the report of an underage party. As police arrived, several minors ran from the home.
Among those arrested were James Robert Perry, 21, and Matthew Thomas Bohl, 23, of Mason City.
Perry was arrested for Interference with Official Acts and had an active warrant for violation of a no contact order. Bohl was arrested for public intoxication. Both were taken to jail.
Jenna Marie Smith, 20, was cited and released for unlawful consumption and was charged with social host civil infraction.
Tayla Elizabeth Sharp, 21, was cited and released for social host civil infraction.
Ricardo Lias Ramon, 18, Levi William Garner, 20, and Anita Jo Henaman, 20, were cited and released for unlawful consumption.
Cerro Gordo County Sheriff's Department deputies assisted.
