WINONA, Minn. (KTTC) -- Authorities in Winona County need your help finding a man involved in vehicle break-ins.
Investigators say he stole cash and credit cards out of cars in the Dresbach and Dakota area on July 1. He then covered security cameras as he tried to access the accounts at the Nodine Kwik Trip and Winona Walmart.
The man is described as a white man, 40 years of age. He possibly drives a dark colored Dodge Intrepid with peeling paint.
