ROCHESTER, Minn. (FOX 47) -- A Rochester man driving a motorized bike is in good condition after being hit by a minivan over the weekend.
Investigators say 45-year-old Saroeun Phang was struck Saturday afternoon at the intersection of 8th Avenue and 10th Street Southeast.
Phang was hit after running a stop sign.
He was taken to Saint Marys Hospital and is in good condition.
Phang was also given a ticket for driving through a stop sign.
