ROCHESTER, Minn. (FOX 47) -- Tuesday morning, Rochester City Lines officially suspended transit operations.
Despite the idea that RCL would run like normal Monday, only a handful of drivers showed up for regular operations.
General Manager Dan Holter claims the city raided their offices during an audit and confiscated tickets, passes and bus schedules, the tools needed for continued operation.
"We are just not able to compete with the subsidized operations of Rochester Public Transit," stated Holter.
