Inglett's single lifts Jays past Twins 3-2 in 11th
MINNEAPOLIS (AP) -- Pinch-hitter Joe Inglett knocked in the winning run as Toronto beat Minnesota 3-2 today at the Metrodome.
Scott Rolen started the 11th against Twins reliever Jesse Crain with a double into the right-field corner just out of the reach of Michael Cuddyer. Lyle Overbay was walked intentionally with two outs, and pinch-hitter Gregg Zaun drew a walk to load the bases for Inglett.
The win gave the Blue Jays a three-game sweep over the Twins.
Two Twins players were thrown out at the plate, and Minnesota left 11 on base, including five in scoring position.

Leipold sells lacrosse team, Swarm will stay in St. Paul
ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) -- Barely one month into his official ownership of the Minnesota Wild, Craig Leipold has made a deal.
John Arlotta, a longtime business associate and friend of Leipold, has signed a letter of intent to buy the Minnesota Swarm. The Wild's parent company has owned the lacrosse team since 2004.
Arlotta is a health care executive in Denver and an ardent supporter of the University of Notre Dame's lacrosse teams. The takeover is pending National Lacrosse League approval.
The Swarm will continue to play at Xcel Energy Center, and will receive support and certain services from Minnesota Sports and Entertainment, the Wild's parent company.
Leipold completed his approximately $260 million purchase of the Wild and MSE from Bob Naegele Jr. last month.

Minnesota Thunder soccer team moves back to Blaine
BLAINE, Minn. (AP) -- The Minnesota Thunder soccer team is moving its home games from St. Paul back to the National Sports Center in Blaine.
The Thunder, who play in the United Soccer Leagues First Division, the second tier of professional soccer in the U.S., announced the switch Monday. The agreement with the NSC keeps the team at the sprawling suburban athletic complex in the north metro area of the Twin Cities through the 2011 season.
The NSC is in the process of renovating the stadium to a capacity of 8,500 fans.
The Thunder played at the NSC for 14 years until moving to Griffin Stadium, next to St. Paul Central High School. Griffin seats 5,000 people and has artifical turf.
